Credits and payments

What uses credits

• An AI-written form: 1 credit.
• An AI brief of a response: 1 credit.

Everything else is free: templates, blank forms, editing, sharing, file uploads, unlimited responses, alerts and CSV export. New accounts get 20 free credits. Credits never expire.

Buy more credits

1. Open Credits from the menu.
2. Choose a pack: Starter (30 credits, ₦2,500), Pro (120 credits, ₦7,500) or Studio (400 credits, ₦20,000).
3. You're taken to Paystack's secure checkout. Pay by card, bank transfer or USSD.
4. You come back to Formtified and the credits are added straight away. You also get a receipt by email.

Formtified never sees or stores your card details; Paystack handles the payment.

If something goes wrong

• You paid but closed the page: your credits are still added once Paystack confirms the payment, usually within a minute.
• Your payment is “still processing”: bank transfers can take a few minutes. Refresh the Credits page.
• You were charged but got no credits, or were charged twice: email support@weblanda.com with the payment reference from your receipt or bank alert, and we'll fix it.
